Hi, I am Sarah, Reflexologist and Indian Head Massage therapist… also wife and mum.  I have a very supportive husband, 2 gorgeous daughters and a slightly disobedient four-legged canine friend who we all adore!

 

Up until 2020 I was working in the travel industry which I loved. It provided me with fantastic opportunities to travel the world, experiencing different cultures and healing practices. I had always wondered when I might have the chance to explore my other passion, complementary therapies, so when the pandemic hit, I chose a career realignment that allowed me to study and discover more about some of the therapies that had resonated with me during my travels.

 

I absolutely love what I do at Woodmead Wellbeing Therapies as I enjoy nothing more than helping my clients.  Whether it is providing relief from their stresses and strains, reducing pain, aiding more restful sleep or just general rebalancing for them.

 

I believe that a holistic approach to everyday life is becoming increasingly important with the growing number of challenges that we are facing. With the emphasis on self care being greater than ever, I enable my clients to achieve a sense of overall wellbeing through the tailored holistic therapies that I offer, ensuring the best outcome for them.

I am keen to continue developing my skills and knowledge and have recently completed specialist training so that I can offer reflexology for babies.
